We will emphasize the role of school/education leaders as systems-thinkers who can promote equity through resource allocation. Participants will actively contemplate a broad definition of resources, including those that are used effectively and those that are wasted. We will explore best practices/strategies to combine resources to improve the impact of our special dollars for special scholars. Participants will embrace their budgets from a new vantage point: Your budget is your educational vision in numeric format.
